• Custom automation workflows and chatbot solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

4.1 Authorization

Our Services allow you to connect and integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. By connecting a third-party account, you:

• Authorize AIMAS to access your account data as permitted by the platform's API and your authorization settings
• Authorize AIMAS to create, publish, and manage content on your behalf on connected platforms
• Acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies

4.2 TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to AIMAS, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy. AIMAS uses TikTok's official APIs and complies with TikTok's developer guidelines. You can revoke AIMAS's access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings or through your AIMAS dashboard.

4.3 Platform Limitations

AIMAS is not responsible for changes, limitations, or disruptions to third-party platform APIs, services, or policies. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to platform changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration with any third-party service.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or manage through our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant AIMAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to use our Services to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or promotes violence or hatred
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AIMAS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
